The recruitment process gets information from Linkind about 3 weeks there is a response regarding the update to take part in the online interview The interview was conducted in a clear and concise manner regarding personal abilities and work interests as well as general insights about Rentokil for an interview in line with the field being applied for and still in the sales field. in the next 2 weeks there is a general knowledge test, followed by user interviews, then specific tests, psychotest, announcement of results and medical checkups.

The interview process inclusive of three stages; 1st interview, field attachment, and 2nd interview. The first interview was moderate as the questions were more on the intoduction and the decision making. As for the second interview session, the level are quite difficult as the questions are more on the softskills (e.g presentation skill) and the decision making. However, both interview sessions went well 😄👍🏻
