After a 15 minute screening, I had 2 further virtual interviews with the team. The 2 interviews lasted about 45 minutes each and consisted of members of the team I would be working with. The first interview was more of a 'getting to know each other' process. The second was more formal. Everyone I met during the process was welcoming and supportive.
