Two round interviews, with a short content editing task in between - they didn't ask for you to write a long brand new SEO article like I had experienced in other interview processes - I was interviewed by 4 people in total, with all different job titles across the digital marketing department, so people who I would actually be working with and not just senior exec members. They all made me feel at ease and asked expected questions relevant to the role and experience, no trick questions or unnecessary pressure involved. It really gave me a good impression, and I wanted to work on a team with these people. They also allowed me to ask them plenty of questions. There was also not a long waiting process in between stages and final offer - I was always kept updated.
