I was called because they pulled my resume from monster.com. They had me fill out an application in the lobby, then interviewed me. I had a phonecall back within 48 hours, offering me a position starting at 11 an hour.

Whole process took about 1 week. Applied online through company websiteand had received a phone call within 2 days to do a phone interview to see if I was a fit. Basic question why do I want to work for them? How did I here about them? Passed within 1 day got called for face to face interview. It was friendly and very professional and straight forward questioning.
