Pros

You help customers identify the right parts for their appliance repairs — detail-oriented work where you learn products fast Modern systems that are easy to navigate once trained Decent pay with good benefits including health coverage and PTO Team is helpful and covers well when the queue builds up Burke America backing means job stability and a real company infrastructure behind you

Cons

Call and chat volume picks up around peak appliance seasons and the pace stays high all day.

Pros

Gaining confidence and knowledge by answering various appliance-related questions and solving problems for customers. Quickly improving my troubleshooting and communication skills. Helpful coworkers, always someone to lend a hand with a difficult call or a heavier workload. Clear communication from supervisors.

Cons

Not always enough notice when schedules change

Pros

Even if you are the happiest person on the planet, this workplace will transform you into a sad one. It's very toxic.

Cons

The work culture is awful. Employees don't get any care from the top leadership. These arrogant people maintain poor communication and don't care if employees suffer as a result. The employee turnover is also ridiculously high. Most employees leave when they realize that the toxicity is too deeply rooted to be changed in a few months. It makes the daily life of those employees who stay ridiculously complicated, as all the work of those who leave is passed onto them. Slowly, but steadily, I have seen this workplace becoming less employee-friendly. This pattern has not changed. I don't think it will change in the future. These evil people don't seem to learn from their mistakes.
