Fairly straightforward, They asked me to come in, I met with the Sales Manager. He asked me questions about my sales history what I have accomplished, how I overcame any obstacles. Told me what he was looking for in terms of the position. After we exchanged stories about nightmare customers we shook hands and parted ways.

Interview
The interview is staright forward and unlike ibm or other companies you are not asked much technical question. You are just asked to talk about your relevant programing experience and asked to explain in details about any projects you have worked on mentioned on the resume.
