Resourcing Edge interview questions

Two phone interviews. Both went well (I thought). Was told "you'll definitely hear back from us". Still haven't heard. I emailed both people I spoke with and no response. I was actually excited about this role.

Company was unsure of position actually needed. Interviewer lacking hiring skills. Interview consisted mainly of listening to the interviewer go on about self and issues within company. Interviewer went over length of contract time before being considered an actual full time direct hire employee at which time would be reevaluated for position.
