Respond interview questions

Completely unprofessional. I received an invitation for a first interview, when I tried to schedule the interview the only times available were after 8PM on to late at night. When I emailed the recruiter informing them, I never received an answer. Days later I get a rejection email saying that I won’t be moving forward because of my qualifications. Absolute joke of recruiting team. Be straight up next time and tell people you expect them to interview at midnight.
