I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Results for Development Institute (Abuja, Federal Capital Territory) in Mar 2023
Interview
4 stages in total. First was a call with HR to check overall fit and suitability. Second stage was a panel to discuss specifics of the role. Third was a computer test requiring some excel modelling and lastly a panel for similar conversations in the second stage but with more detail.

Interview
I first did a phone screening interview, then a virtual interview with two managers, followed by an excel-based test which was mostly testing quantitative analytical skills, in-person interview with two other managers (mostly behavior-based questions), and then with the senior director.
