R4D's interview process is thorough and high quality. However, I was often left with very little communication and clarity from their HR team, which was quite frustrating given that I made it to final round interview stages in the role I was applying for. After the final interview, I was left hanging for multiple months and received a canned rejection notice with little feedback or explanation.
