R4D's interview process is thorough and high quality. However, I was often left with very little communication and clarity from their HR team, which was quite frustrating given that I made it to final round interview stages in the role I was applying for. After the final interview, I was left hanging for multiple months and received a canned rejection notice with little feedback or explanation.

Referral from team mate, notice of interview, conversations with existing team members, formal interview with Director and senior leadership in DC, meeting with HR to discuss offer. Offer received and accepted.
