RevolutionParts SEM/PPC interview questions

Talked about the company via telephone for 40 minutes. Bragged about all the perks and how relaxed it is, including their BEER refridgerator that they have. However, with over 15 years in managing high and low PPC campaigns and my proven track records of sucess provided by prior employers they did not proceed with an in person interview. I have tried several times to apply for this role. Also a few collegues from the industry has also. Which leads me to believe this is just another FAKE company providing interviews in order to bring BRAND AWARENESS and also steal ideas from those they interview with. They talked more about themselves and the company then they spent asking interview related questions. Most interviewers care more about who they are interviewing. This company made me feel like they cared more about themselves straight from the start. In addition, they have been posting the same job weekly since last year which I find shocking. Most recently a collegue interviewed for them and they still had the same staff number. How is it almost a year later and with weekly postings of the same job do you still have the same number of people working? Have you not hired anyone?
