Interview
Was contacted by Reynolds and Reynolds recruiting out of the blue. Before any actual interview, I was required to complete a multi-part Wonderlic assessment — a timed 50-question cognitive test plus over 100 behavioral questions. After passing, I received positive feedback on my results and was explicitly told they wanted to move my application forward. At that point they sent a lengthy technical questionnaire asking about my years of experience and technical expertise. I filled it all out and was then hit with a generic copy-paste rejection with zero explanation or feedback. They told me they wanted to move forward, had me invest hours into their process, and then cut me with a form letter that gave no specific reason. Other candidates should know upfront what they're signing up for before committing their time.

Interview
This is the second first interview I've had with Reynolds and Reynolds. The second time I've been told by the recruiters I was qualified for the position I applied for. The second time I've been told cutting my hair was a requirement. The second time I have told them that as an American Indian: my hair falls under the American Indian Religious Freedom Act* and The second time I've gotten an email saying I have not been selected for further interview/not offered a position.
Can I prove I'm being discriminated against? Absolutely not.
Have I been told that I’m qualified, have to cut my hair and denied a job after I say I cannot/will not comply?
Absolutely.
Call it what you will, but I’m not seeing a coincidence.

Interview
I did not enjoy the whole interview process. It felt as if I were in high school again and having to take standardized exams along with some IQ tests except this really had nothing to do with the job at hand. I would have liked to at least have spoken to someone but it was just, take this test and we will decide whether we will call you.
