Interview
The first interview was directly with the recruiter and hiring manager; it was all pretty standard. They asked technical questions about the position. They sent me an assessment which required me to do a Year-to-D Performance Analysis, a CRM campaign proposal, and a BI Dashboard brief. I took the time to do it, asked when they would get back to me, and they said next week. Next week came, and I hadn't received any feedback. More than two weeks passed, and they emailed me for another interview. This time, the hiring manager and the head of casino came to talk about the assessment they had given me more than two weeks prior, which they had never informed me we would discuss. The head of casino was smoking in the middle of the interview; it was all very cheap. Don't waste your time. The interview itself is easy, but there are red flags that should prevent you from working at a company like this.

Interview
The interview process began positively smooth coordination, professional communication, and engaging technical discussions. I progressed through multiple rounds, reached the final stage, and received a verbal offer.
However, after submitting my reference, the process unexpectedly stalled. I was later informed that the offer was being rescinded, without any clear explanation or feedback.
It was a deeply disappointing experience. Not only was it a lack of transparency, it felt like a complete disregard for the candidate’s time, commitment, and trust. It’s also a warning sign: if this is how decisions are made behind the scenes, it’s unlikely that employees would have much autonomy or clarity within the company.

* Build a full-featured monorepo using Next.js with server-side rendering (SSR), including local NPM packages and Dockerized deployment
* Develope two casino brand frontends with region locking, log in, profile management, brand-specific configurations, REST API integration, and IndexedDB for local data persistence
* Implement fully functional casino and game lobby pages, along with custom UI components
* Add unit and integration tests, and set up a CI process to run each app independently
