Riddle Memorial Hospital interview questions

Received phone call after solicitation from HR. Interviewed with NM of unit very informal but she was very kind. Appeared overwhelmed. Nurses observed appeared to be frazzled and hurried and generally not happy. Now part of Main Line Health.....alot less focused on experience and much more on letters behind your name and education. Value as nurse is placed in number of letters following your RN.
