Got an email from HR mentioning the availability to chat, on agreeing on date and time for a formal interview, the interview was arranged. Had one round of interview with two seniors from the department. Very pleasing interviewing process, makes one comfortable and concentrate on mutual discussions.

The interview was generic, tell me about yourself, explain about experience in LV system, VSDs, Safety questions, how to handle troubleshootings, how to handle priorities.

Interviewers assess behavioural examples, power systems and HV/LV design knowledge, Australian Standards compliance, commissioning and testing skills, and systematic fault-finding ability to ensure safe, reliable engineering performance in projects today.

Online prerecorded interview with timed responses to the various questions and limited repeats and there was no live interaction and questions so long and compound that its hard to answer all parts continuously without taking pauses
