Had 3 interviews. First with the recruiter which was very basic. The second was with the manager and HR which was almost an hour, lots of personality questions and previous experience/role related questions. The 3rd was with the senior manager (bosses boss) which I was told wasnt actually an interview (guess what, it was) she didnt really care to know more about me and it was supposed to be an hour but lasted 10 minutes, honestly felt like she didnt want to be there. Then she tells me ill hear in a week, didnt hear for nearly a month and even then they never reached out they just marked as unsuccessful in workday, they didnt even notify me i was unsuccessful it was only because I checked myself. Then to top it all off I reached out to ask for interview feedback after being unsuccessful to see where I could improve, o ly to reach a wall of silence. Im sure they are a great company to work for but this experience has left a very bitter taste, and it is extremely unprofessional to not give feedback after being told they would and to not even inform me personally that i was unsuccessful after 3 interviews.
