I enjoyed the prescreen (30mins) and most of the virtual interview (3 interviews, 30mins each). However, towards the last interview with the head of talent, it was not what I expected. She seemed unprepared and distracted while looking at her messages (I can tell because her eyes were moving side to side and she would paused mid-sentence). It took 1.5 week to get back to me with a rejection and it was over email. I would have preferred a phone call but after 1.5 weeks, I pretty much got the idea that I will be rejected.

Interview
My first phone call was with a recruiter. Fairly straightforward conversation and moved forward to the 2nd round of interviews on the spot. They send over a take home assignment which is pretty common in this role. Met with three people on the team which was great! The team asked good questions and made interviewing less intimidating. They work quickly!
