I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Risk Management Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
30 minutes phone screen. The interview is so so. The interviewer lacks direction of what skill sets needed. When asked on some information question on big data environments (Spark), the interviewer could not provide details of it. That is sad

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Risk Management Solutions (New Delhi)
Interview
Three rounds. First one was a screening round with HR . Second round was technical. Third round was one-one discussion about past projects. No communication post third round. I tried emailing them for a feedback, got no response. The least they could do is provide a feedback on the status - even if it is a no for the candidate to proceed to further rounds. I had to move things around quite a bit for the interviews, I really would have appreciated the feedback - any feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Risk Management Solutions
Interview
I was interviewed for this company about 3 months back. After taking 4 rounds of interviews and 2 round of interviews with the hiring manager, I was told that I was selected. The Recruiter stayed in touch with me for 2-3 weeks and had several calls and emails exchanged. After which they suddenly came back and said that the hiring manager wants to offer me Software Engineer 3 position instead of Sr. Software Engineer., which I declined. They completely wasted my time and disappointed me a lot. I will not recommend this company to anyone,
