Interview
Was called within a week from sending my resume. 1) Screened first by a recruiter. 2) Phone interview with direct manager. 3) In person interviews with VPs, managers, co-workers, in group and one on one. Had to make a presentation to a large group. Mix bag of questions, some easy, some harder and technical. Was given a take-home skill test (database). Overall was a good experience though very intense.

Interview
Besides the HR screening, there are two rounds of interviews. The hiring managers are very friendly and kind. The entire process takes 2 weeks.
Interview questions are a mixture of technical and behavioral questions. Behavioral questions like: how to deal with conflicts with your colleges; what if you can't finish the job on time.
Interview was smooth. Not much was asked. Just the introduction and about the work. They seemed disinterested since the beginning. It was for campus placement and two people sat for it but nobody got in. Total waste of time.
