Interview
The interview process with Risk Strategies was very quick and easy. Everyone was very kind, and they made the interviews very comfortable/easy going. I had two interviews: one with talent acquisition and another with my hiring manager. The questions asked were more catered behavioral/school experience things, rather than technical questions. They don't expect you to know a ton about insurance, but make sure you do research on the company background

3 virtual interviews with first round being over the phone. Last two are on computer with 1-2 people asking background info, behavioral questions, job specific questions. Prepare by reading the job role and reaching out to people at the company and asking them about the role you’re applying to.
