Roadie Software Engineer interview questions

Slightly long process but not overly complex and I felt it was very realistic to what you’d be expected to do on the job. - 30 minute recruiter call - online coding test that needs a certain score to pass - hiring manager interview - peer panel interview about past projects, tech stacks - cross functional peer panel interview about collaboration, etc.. - CTO/COO interviews (separate) about culture, company, and goals. Overall I think it was very fair for entry/mid level experience. No leetcode or system design heavy process which is pretty fair all around. Should be able to discuss scalability, tech stack on your resume, production monitoring, SDLC process, testing, and high level overview of past projects.
