Application
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Denham) in Mar 2014
Interview
Once submitting my CV, I was invited to attend an assessment day. This was held in a hotel close to the head office in Denham. The day consisted of three group tasks and finished was 1:1 interviews. Within the group tasks, a brand manager from each brand was present, over a lunch break they decide who they would like to interview. Therefore, it is possible to have multiple 1:1 interviews in the afternoon. I was also asked to prepare a short presentation on anything I had achieved, however I believe for the assessment centre the following year they removed this element.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The majority of questions were quite normal and to be expected in an interview. It is wise to understand a little about each brand area and think of reasons why you would want to work for their brand specifically. Furthermore, acknowledging their competitors and recent marketing activity would be advantageous.

Invitation to assessment center with around 60 students, 30 on each day and split across 2 assessment days.
Watch presentation on the company then engage in 2 activities on a rotating basis in teams of 8, then followed by a short Excel test (which almost everyone fails, including me)
2 activities include a sales task and a marketing campaign
Not especially professional, a little chaotic at times.
Around 10 will be sent home after a free lunch of dry sandwiches, the remaining will be put through rounds of interviews with different departments who have observed the morning activities and selected the candidates who they think might possess the skills to work with them.
