There are 3 rounds:
-Round 1: Technical interview. At first they checked for my Japanese (because Japanese is required for my position), they talked with me and asked me to read a Japanese technical document and translated it to Vietnamese. After that I went to technical interview for embedded.From now interview language is in English or Vietnamese.I took paper test about C and 1:1 interview with team leader about embedded system.
-Round 2: Interview with manager. This round is mainly about checking your attitude, your wish to see if you can commit to contribute for the company. The manager also provided more detail information about the available position.
-Round 3: Interview with HR. this round again HR checked for my attitude, my desired salary. HR also provided detail information about the benefit when I joined the company.
