Applied online to multiple areas/positions, I have the necessary skills, education and experience, yet they provide no explanation on declining these applications. It is almost impossible to tell what their HR team wants.
After a short phone call with HR there is usually 1 virtual interview for an entry level position, for a senior position you might be required to show up for an on-site interview round as well.
