Robly Email Marketing interview questions

Phone screen first. They asked me where I saw myself in three to five years, what motivated me, what types of life goals I had, etc. Then I came in and talked to a co-founder and the guy in charge of the SOA's. Each in-person interview was probably about an hour. They told me they would get back to me in 24 hours, and I started the following Monday.

Applied online / sent my resume and cover letter / I got an email back and a call from the Head of the Design team and I was asked to try their system as a test ( which is not a deal breaker) and then we had the interview. I got an answer back within the next 3 day.
