I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RobustWealth in Feb 2019
Interview
Was a short quick process. More focused on day to day questions and work around scrum and agile. Focus on what would you do in x situation if y was the case and how would you handle z .
Had about 4 or 5 rounds of interviews with product managers and directors
I applied online. I interviewed at RobustWealth (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2020
Interview
Mostly behavioral with some general math questions. The process was friendly, but it took quite some time. I had 4 interviews over the course of a month and a half.

Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Initial interview with the recruiter followed by another two with hiring manager and associate I'd be heavily involved with in the role. Good feedback from recruiter during our conversation and no constraints to take next steps. However, both of the following phone interviewers dialed in late. Not a great look. Additionally, the 3rd phone interviewer was very disinterested which I find unprofessional during our conversation. She was less interested in back and forth dialogue and more focused on Q&A and hung up on experience of managing a team. This was not expressed in either of the 1st two interviews as mandatory. The interview ended early due to lack of dialogue expressed by RobustWealth and no more than 10 minutes later already received a "thank you for your interest/at this time we're moving forward with others" email. With how disinterested the last phone interview went, it appears she was already checked out and saw our interview as a waste of time.
