Roche Bobois interview questions

Initially, I spoke with a recruiter who was helpful and very positive. They arranged for my in-person interview. Unfortunately, the individual I met with was the total opposite. Upon my arrival they had no idea I wasn't customer, yet I was not even greeted while being in the store for several minutes. Sadly, their rude demeanor continued throughout the interview process. It was not a very welcoming experience to shop in, let alone work in on a daily basis.

I had a phone interview with the human resources department. When I asked about work–life balance and about the company culture, the responses were vague or dismissive. The response I received regarding the culture was “Everyone is cool we are like a big family”. That was a red flag. Overall, the experience left me feeling skeptical about the company’s transparency and structure.
