Initial recruiter chat, then a take-home challenge which you have 48 hours to complete involving a control task implemented in a language of your choice, and then also re-implemented in C++. Followed by a 1 hour technical interview with the team to discuss the take home and also impromptu questions on your techincal understanding. Final interview with the director, asking about previous experience and how you adapted to a challenging and demanding environment (behavioural questions).
