Rockport interview questions

Easy process overall. Interviewers asked basic questions about behavior. Did not dig into experience for intern level position. Phone interview took place initially. They did not ask too many accounting related questions. The behaviorist questions were vague. They did leave some room for questions at the end of the interview.

You get a phone screening interview where the Senior Accountant ask you GAAP. It was alot of critical thinking and problem solving questions. Then you get invited for an In-house interview. From there, you meet with staff accountant who were former interns and they ask you about your knowledge and familiarity with Accounting. You meet with the Senior Accountant as he gadges your knowledge and personality. Then they send you to the Finance Manager and she ask you several questions. If they have time, they will also send you to meet the CFO. Very Casual interview process
