Applied online and got an AI OA video style interview. The interview was estimated 10 minutes but they actually asked 10+ behavioral questions with unlimited attempts. Got an automated rejection email 3-4 weeks later.

I had a wonderful phone screen with the diversity recruiter. He was very friendly and kind. However, my experience in the actual interview was pretty negative. The interviewer seemed like he wasn't seriously looking to hire people and was just conducting informational interviews (I would have been fine if I was told this beforehand, but I was not, so it felt like a waste of my time). I had made it clear from the beginning that I was looking for software development roles. The interviewer explained the different IT teams in the company and asked me which one I was most interested in. When I replied that I was most interested in software development, he told me that the dev teams are full! He said that they only have openings in Cloud and offered to connect me with someone from the Cloud team via LinkedIn after the interview. I did not take him up on that. What a complete waste of my time!
