Screening interview, 2 rounds of technical interviews followed by a final round with HR to discuss/negotiate the offer, benefits, joining bonus, joining date etc. In most cases there would be US team members in the 2nd or 3rd interview. The entire process is smooth and is professionally conducted.

Interview
Totally there were 4 rounds of interview. 2 technical 1 managerial and 1 HR. HR round was for 30 mins while the remaining were for 1 hour each. The whole process was smooth and all the rounds were scheduled super fast. As soon as my HR round was completed I was ghosted and received an email stating that the position is no longer required by business.

Multiple rounds with multiple positions. Originally applied for an embedded role; wasn't a good fit. The applied for a senior role and seemingly knocked out all the interview questions, only to not get an offer in the final stage.
