Interview
I had an initial Google Hangouts interview with the CFO and my current boss on the Friday. The next day I was invited for an in person interview with my current boss for the following Monday. Two days later I was informed I would be put forward for an interview with the CEO. The next day I had been offered the job, and signed the contract maybe 10 days later (though the delay largely down to the Christmas break)

Very fast pace and pretty tedious. Nothing too hard to get through, but competition is high and it takes time to go through. The people were nice, but little help.

Applied online, received an email regarding interview with HR and set up time for a 30minutes video call. A few days later, I received an email I was not considered for next steps.

Great process with clear structure and good transparency on scope of work, salary, benefits etc. Definitely challenging at time but in a way that showed they really put time in to hiring the best people for the role.
