Rokt is very thorough in their approach to recruiting, with the objective of making sure that the candidate 1. is a fit with their values and culture (most important) 2. has the intellectual capacity, the skills, the experience and the drive to take on challenging projects and grow the business 3. can raise the bar within and outside her/his discipline. There is an initial online evaluation to assess personality, skills and fit for the position, followed by a series of 30-45 min (video b/c COVID) interviews with key stakeholders in the business (including board members), and a short case study relevant to the business and the position.
