Interview
You are required to take an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you move on to a call with the recruiter, then a call with a product designer on the team, and then a call with the hiring manager.
A recruiter reached out, the call went well and I was set up for a portfolio review with the team. I did not make it to the next round but they gave me indepth feedback which I really appreciated.
Interview process can be lengthy - consisting of behavioral, technical, portfolio review, and a design exercise. It can be an exhausting process but generally the people are extremely pleasant and understanding.

Long interview process took over a month from start to finish to get a rejection, and had a cognitive aptitude test at the beginning, designers that i talked to with seemed pretty great
