Interview
Typical process, talked with a recruiter followed by a coding technical screen. The technical interviewer was fine and very nice but was being shadowed which indicates a lack of experience and asked a question who's difficulty didn't match the position's. The problem was to write a method 'isAnagram' which is appropriate for a junior dev but not a senior position. The second half of the problem where they wanted to increase the difficulty was again not at all difficult, they just asked to handle punctuation which doesn't change any of the data structures or logic flow. Their question didn't test my problem solving skills in the slightest.

Interview
After application submission, recruiter reached out asking me to complete a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and the Employee Personality Profile (EPP) tests. Never heard back from the recruiter after completing them - takes about 30 minutes of my time to do those tests and the recruiter doesn't have the decency to spend 30 seconds with a followup email.
3 major rounds: Hiring manager round followed by a virtual onsite consisting of a coding screen, system design and technical leadership. Final round is an Amazon-style Bar Raiser with a senior leader.
The recruiting team was responsive and accommodating with respect to scheduling each round in the loop.

Interview
IQ test, phone screen, onsite with coding, system design and behavioral. Then bar raiser with c level. ICs were nice, friendly and smart. C level bar raiser round is ridiculous. They don't know much about business or product. Kept asking biggest challenge in personal life. Long working hours. They expect you to work at least 50 - 60 hrs per week or longer. They don't care about what the company can offer, they only care about what you can bring to the company.
