I applied online. I interviewed at Rooster Park in Aug 2012
Interview
Had an initial phone screening with the recruiter to discuss my background and what I was looking for in a position. After a few weeks she came back with a potential position and helped coordinate an in-person interview with the client.
The client's interview doesn't seem pertinent here since they will vary from client to client, but the recruiter maintained contact with the company and kept me in the loop well as they made their decision.
Overall, I felt they did a good job of keeping me updated on my status and made a solid effort to place me with a team that matched my goals (to gain experience and contribute to a small company).

Question 1
Technical questions came from the client so I don't know if this applies.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rooster Park in Apr 2013
Interview
Phone screening first, then technical phone interview and perhaps follow by on-site interview which I did not make.
They have problem communicate within their teams and the technical guy actually missed the first telephone interview and they had to reschedule the technical interview. I did not get any response after the phone interview ended.

Question 1

I'm so sorry you had a negative experience with our interviewing process. You absolutely should have heard from us, no matter the result, and I personally apologize that this happened. I can understand why a missed interview plus no followup would have been frustrating: please feel free to follow up with me (scott at our domain) if you'd like to talk any more.
