Interview
After sending the usual mail with my resume and cover letter, I was invited to the headquarters in Berlin. There I spent more than one hour with the guy in charge of recruitement. The interview was really nice and interesting. No technical questions as it would have been my first internship. He showed a strong interest in my professional and educational background.

Interview
They invite me for a phone call very quick after my online application. The lady who interviewed me seems to know very little about what they were looking for. However, I was invited for a second interview. I told her that I will be in holidays and she did an appointment exactly on those days, we agreed in another day and she told me a manager will call. Surprise the person who call me was the CEO and ask me why I did not came to the office when we actually are in the same city, not my fault because my address was inside my application. Anyways he told me about how international is the company and that we should meet. On the third meeting they told me it will take 4 hours!!! I came there and CEO did not really have an agenda about the whole interview, when I talk about me he looks sleepy and I have the feeling he did not really pay attention, then I met one of the team leaders, he was super informative and interested about my experience and looked very positive, however he confess he received my application literally 1 hour before. Then the CEO came in for a minute and said ok I think is not a good fit because you did not explain me about the current product your company is doing as I would be your grandma... very hard question because what I am doing is Marktech and my grandma not even has a smartphone or computer. Then he said nonsense tips about maybe we can meet in the future because we work in the same industry. Overall the interview was a waste of time and very weird.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roq.ad (Berlin) in Sept 2015
Interview
