I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (El Paso, TX)
Interview
The interview went pretty smooth, I had to attend two interviews, one with the store manager and the second with the district manager. It was all behavioral questions, specifically with the district manager a lot of specific examples needed to be provided. As long as you exert confidence and can remember experiences you have had that will be applicable to the retail job (conflict management, leadership skills, disseminating information), the interview should be easy for you.

Interview
I applied online through my university. Set up an interview within a couple days. Received offer two days after interview.
It was broken down into two parts; first half with district managers and second half with HR professionals. Both were very friendly and informative. First half included a few behavioral questions and questions to help get to know myself. Second half was more focused on position information, a couple more behavioral questions, and why I wanted the specific position.
