I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rowan-Salisbury School System (Salisbury, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
The initial process for becoming a principal was not very engaging in that it was a sit and get interview like traditionally done. They don’t get an idea of how truly you can be as a leader in a building. The second interview is a one on one with the superintendent that goes for a long time where she rambles on for a while and intermittently asks questions.
