I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Roxoa in Sept 2021
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter, with an interview booked in pretty soon after. The contact from the team and information provided in the lead-up to the interview was very helpful.
The interview itself was conducted by the Managing Director and Director of Ecommerce who were both very personable and made me feel at ease from the start.
Second stage of the interview process required me to complete a task. Supplied with a detailed brief I designed an email for one of the jewellery stores and was offered the role pretty soon after.

Interview
Comfortable, fairly relaxed interview style with the Managing Director and Director of Ecommerce. They asked me formalised questions but we had open discussions along the way. I felt relaxed through the interview and at ease.

Interview
After looking at their website I thought it was a much bigger company. They have explained that they intentionally make that impression as the jewellery they sell is being supplied from USA not UK. That was the first warning for me. If they can lie about such a trivia, what else they can lie about?
On arrival everything was as you would expect. During the interview process you could tell they had no idea what they were talking about. Apart from the questions not being relevant to the position the vibe was strange.
I liked one of the interviewers, seemed very professional but the other one was childish.
Office seems ok from what I have seen but too many kids toys laying around. Nerf gun bullets and more. Not my kind of place.
My gut told me not to.
