Ruffalo Noel Levitz Engagement Center Manager interview questions

After applying online, a Senior Recruiter contacted me asking for availability for a telephone call. The call was almost an hour, very thorough, and outlined the Engagement Center Manager role, compensation, and reporting structure. While on the call the Senior Recruiter answered my questions and scheduled time for me to meet via a video conference call with the hiring manager (a Client Success Director).
