the interview process is not very hectic and follows the basic pattern of sde interviews. people are supportive and will help you in between. and the overall experience of the interview is good.

My interview experience was disappointing from the start. The process seemed unprepared and lacked structure, which made the conversation feel disjointed. For example, the first question I was asked was “Why are you applying?”, but there was no introduction or context given, so I had to step back and guide the flow myself. The call overall lacked direction, and I didn’t feel they had a strong grasp of the role or were able to engage meaningfully. Instead, much of the focus was on the fact that I live outside London, which was surprising given I had applied fully aware of the commute and am comfortable with it. Unfortunately, the experience left me with a negative impression.
