Mostly basic interview questions. Prior work experience (if any), Strengths / weaknesses, insurance knowledge (if any). Not many technical questions. Basically evaluating if you can talk to people and are willing to work hard.

I do not know how they fill any positions as the recruiting team is horrible and constantly ghosts you. I’ve been recommended for positions by people high up within the organization and that hasn’t helped either. I have had at least 3 recruiters reach out and ask to set up a call and I never hear back. Can’t get a reply if you apply direct either. When two AVPs think I’m qualified and would be a good fit…and I have the experience…call me!
