The interview process started off with a HR phone screen. It was pretty standard. Then followed up by two interviews with the business unit. Overall it was a straightforward flow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan Specialty in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview took place over four rounds: Two phone screens, one with a recruiter and another one with a director, an in-person interview with that same director, followed by another phone interview with an executive over a related function. Based on my experience in this and other interviews at similar firms around the same time, the interviewers at RSG were simultaneously intelligent, knowledgeable and relaxed/unpretentious. I was never under the impression that I was being asked any unnecessary questions, given unnecessary information or otherwise wasting time. Very refreshing and enjoyable process.
