Interview
Like most folks I work with, I am former military. So my interview was like this:
Hey bud, heard you were getting out of the military. Do you have a job lined up? No? Well you do now.
Extremely easy and light hearted. They asked me a bunch of questions about how I work with groups. Felt so comfortable. Got the job and have been loving the company so far.

Interview
Being already familiar with the crew and program I was applying for, with the exception of the new manager, it was very laid back and easy to process. That also made things more complex in the same aspect if you are an over-analyzing type.
