First round of interview is recording yourself responding to questions that are provided in advance. You get a set amount of time to record your response. The recording is sent to the hiring manager. If they like what they see, they set up a second interview with you. And you are able to interview the team you might be joining in another call as well.

3 interviews in total and an HR call. Video interview, manager interview, and panel interview. HR is very, very slow and disengaged, so it will always feel like they are not interested in you.
