HR interview - behavioral questions. The interview was not worth time, if there is a mismatch in skillset, then the candidate should not be interviewed. The interview was quick and the HR kept candidate updated of the application status.

Initial phone screening with HR, and in-person interview with senior staff. Accompanied by reference checks. Totally untransparent hiring process with delayed or no replies. The whole process took about around 2 weeks.
