Interview
I have applied online on September, they supplied an online assessment and then an onsite interview. There are two rounds for onsite interview, one is for manager, another is technical. They said they would have feedback in 24 to 48 hours, but I didn't get the result for one month. And the first time hr replied my email, but until now he didn't reply me again when I sent two emails.

Interview
Three rounds of interview
1. Telephonic
2. Online Screening test
3. Face to face interview (One round technical and One round behavioral)
Telephonic will be general HR questions knowing about your background. Online Screening test will test your Java skills or whatever you chose. Face to Face will be a thorough Technical interview. Brush up the basics you should be good, and do not exaggerate on your resume. If you write stuff on your resume, that you don't know about, it is most likely that you would be rejected.

Question 1
Basic Java, Hibernate, SQL, JSP and design pattern questions. Know the basics of all the technologies you have worked on properly and you should be good. Emphasis is also given on the behavioral questions and so do not take that lightly.
