First was a screening with recruiter from HR with simple questions regarding availability, start date, strengths and weaknesses and then an Interview with the admin manager about my work experience and customer service situational questions

Tell me about your previous work experience that relates to this position?
I applied through recruiter, scheduled an interview through email and got a call few days later. The recruiter seemed like she didn't want to talk and I got a email saying I wasn't shortlisted a few days later.
1 phone interview for screening and 1 in person interview. Super easy! The phone interview was with their HR department and the in person interview is with the manager you will be reporting to.
