1 round- Technical test
It was easy if you have adequate knowledge about financial markets and Accounting.
There were some Quantitative questions as well.
2 round- Technical round
It was little difficult as you have to explain everything in detail for every question thrown at you. There were about 15-20 questions asked in the period of 25 minute Interview round with a panel of two people.
3 round- HR round

It was 30 min interview and there were 2 interviewers and asked me various questions about equity fundamentals like how to calculate ROE, what is Beta and can beta be negative and why, what is enterprise value and how to calculate it .

Interview
Will mostly ask basics on valuation, modelling and report writing approach. They will try to assess if you can build the revenue drivers and forecast the key items. Basic knowledge of accounting is also important.
